Excellent service for private transfer I booked a private transfer from Prague city center to Karlovy Vary (and return to Prague hl. n. Train station) which takes less than 2 hours. Martina was very friendly and provided me a quick answer to my request. We are a family with 2 teenagers and the car VW Touran was very clean and comfortable, and the driver Mr Lubosh was attentive.Martina also was very cooperative when we asked the day before our pick-up to change the pick- up time and she sent us a message informing us that the driver had arrived in Prague. Transfer to and from KarlovyVary We booked this trip online, and either Martina works from home , or is at the office 24/7. She answered us withing 24 hours of our booking and even helped us save money on our booking. Radek the driver who came to Prague to pick us up, and later when we left Karlovy Vary, is an impeccable driver, the service we received was beyond expectations, he was at the airport on time, and even on the second trip from KV to Prague he was 10 minutes before the booked time.
